By using Onepard you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You’re responsible for your account access and activity.
• Follow applicable laws and our Acceptable Use rules below.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use such content.

You are solely responsible for all data, knowledge bases, and other material you provide. Onepard does not review, verify, or endorse your content and is not liable for it. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, confidential, or harmful.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No confidential government, medical, or sensitive personal data unless you have the right to share it.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• No abuse of quotas or automated scraping.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onepard, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or your use of the service.

Plans & billing

Free plan lets you try Onepard. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Pricing and limits are shown on our website and may change.

AI-generated outputs

Responses generated by Onepard’s AI are provided for informational purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or reliable. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content.

Disclaimer & limitation

Onepard is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before a claim (or $0 on Free).

Termination

You can stop using Onepard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above and, when appropriate, notify you in-app or via email.
