Help customers take the next step
A visitor might be choosing a course, planning an event or asking about a service. Onepard answers from your website and the information you provide, so they can explore their options before contacting you.
When their request needs you to check something or help personally, the assistant can open an enquiry form in the conversation. The visitor can review the request, correct it and add an email address or phone number before sending.
A general question about your prices or policies can stay a conversation. If the visitor’s request is unclear, the assistant can ask a short follow-up question first.
From a question to a useful request
Good Day Flowers is a fictional business used to illustrate the experience. The florist would prepare the quote and confirm the details personally.
Ask about the options
A customer asks which flowers would suit a wedding for 60 guests. The assistant can explain the arrangements shown on the florist’s website.
Review the enquiry
When the customer asks for a quote, the form can include what they have already discussed. They can add their date, change the request and choose how the business should reply.
Send it to the business
After the request is received, the customer sees confirmation in the chat. The owner can open the enquiry and read the conversation up to the time it was sent.
Leave your details and the team can help with your request.
I’d like a quote for wedding flowers for 60 guests next June.

Your Enquiries page brings the customer’s contact details and request together. The linked conversation gives you the background, including the questions they asked and the options they discussed before sending.
Onepard also sends an email notification to your confirmed enquiry address. It defaults to your verified account email. You can choose another address in Chat settings. The new address needs confirmation before notifications move there.
The business owner signs in to open the linked conversation. Choosing a different email recipient does not give that recipient access to your dashboard. Your request stays available in the dashboard if an email is delayed.
Keep the personal follow-up with your business
You handle the quote, date check, change or other action the customer needs. The assistant uses the business information you have provided when it answers. It cannot see private booking or customer records through your public website.
The form tells visitors that their details, request and conversation so far will be shared with your business. They choose to submit it. An ordinary chat message alone is different from a submitted enquiry.
Included with your assistant
Enquiries are included on both paid plans. Starter is US$49 per month for 500 AI replies. Growth is US$149 per month for 2,000 AI replies. Each business has its own plan.
Sending an enquiry does not use an AI reply. You can try Onepard for 7 days with 50 replies and up to 10 website pages. No payment card is needed to start.
Common questions
Will the assistant book an appointment or confirm a quote?
Your business handles those steps. The enquiry gives you the customer’s request and contact details so you can check and reply.
Can visitors change the suggested request?
Yes. They can edit the enquiry and their contact details before sending it.
Do my customers need a Onepard account?
Customers can chat and submit an enquiry without signing in.
